Responsive navigation

Resize your browser window narrower than about 768 pixels (Tailwind's md breakpoint) to see the navigation collapse into a hamburger menu. Click the ☰ button to toggle the menu open and closed.

Resize wider than that and the same navigation appears as a normal horizontal row of links - no hamburger required.
